Other info: Well she is the one who dumped Daisuke because of Dark although at the end she didint get what she want, at the anime Dark dumped her because of her grandmother (Rika Harada). There she learned to be a real lady. At the end of the Anime Risa and Satoshi had a staring at each other part (and that could be a sighn of love!) though at the manga Satoshi and Risa had many interactions.

other info:At first she doesnt even notices Daisuke but after her stolen first kiss by Dark followed by Daisuke (literaly) her whole love life changed and she got closer and closer to Daisuke until they loved each other. Although there's a little crack in the middle, well Risa started liking Daisuke abit and she knows very clearly that Daisuke likes Risa and in one episode when they went to a beach resort Riku caught Risa lying down and Daisuke was above her so she thought they were going to do something weird (I soppose you already know what that something is) so she ran and Daisuke ran after her and she finaly knew the truth that Daisuke loves her. It's also a fact that at the Anime she understood clearly that Dark is Daisuke but at the manga Dark tried to tell her but she fainted.

The reason why he went back to Junior High is to get close to Niwa Daisuke but he didnt expect that he would be the trigger for his transformation to krad. At the manga Satoshi hints out that he or Krad killed his own mother Rio Hikari. He suffers because of Krad he hates him. His mossion is to capture Dark.
